We totally understand that things come up, and plans can change, including brunch plans. If you give us a heads-up 24 hours in advance we can generally accommodate changes, including a full refund.
We understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we're here to make your experience as smooth as possible. You can feel confident reserving your table with us, knowing that if you need to change your plans, you’re typically eligible for a hassle-free 100% refund when you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
We’re sorry, but with a few rare exceptions, we aren’t able to provide refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your brunch.
If you have a booking that was paid 100% at the time of order
We're happy to offer a full refund for your entire order, provided you let us know at least 24 hours before your brunch. If it’s less than 24 hours, we cannot process refunds. Unfortunately, we also can’t offer refunds for no-shows on the day of the brunch.
Bookings through travel agents like Trip Advisor or Expedia
Overall, our refund policy remains consistent, regardless of how you made your booking. However, if your travel agent has a more stringent policy than we've outlined here, we must abide by their rules.
If you have a booking where payment was by deposit and final payment:
We're happy to offer a full refund for your entire order, minus the deposit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether you cancel partially or entirely. Other than that, the refund terms remain the same for those who paid in full.
If you are on a large party deal
If you are part of a large group reservation, typically for more than 15 guests, we may have established special refund terms specific to your booking. In such cases, those negotiated terms will take precedence over the standard terms outlined here.
Refunds at our Discretion
We genuinely want you to have the best experience possible, so we may offer refunds at our discretion if we feel there’s a valid reason to do so. This is usually the case if we haven’t been able to provide the experience you were looking forward to or if an operational issue has affected your enjoyment of PS Drag Brunch.
Cancellations by Us
Occasionally, due to operational considerations, we may need to limit capacity for a particular session or cancel it altogether. In such cases, our priority will be to offer you the option to transfer to an alternative session. This may include upgrades or additional perks to help compensate for any inconvenience.
If we can't find an alternative performance that suits your needs, we will refund you, no matter how close to your scheduled brunch date. However, please keep in mind that refunds might not be provided if the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, except in cases we should reasonably be able to anticipate.
Partial Refunds and Exceptions
Refunds will only be granted for the portion of your order that has not already been paid to our vendors or agents. This is particularly relevant for any refund requests made after the 24-hour cancellation window, as we will have already begun food preparation and sourcing. This also applies to any special customizations you may have requested for your event, personalized merchandise, and certain ticketing or booking fees imposed by third parties, which are outside of our control.
