When you need one of our guest service agents to help, there are several ways to get a hold of them and certain times they are available.
Our guest services agents are happy to help with any of your needs. They can answer questions, provide information, give you a run down of the event, and make suggestions. There are several ways to get ahold of them, but they typically won't respond outside of Guest Services business hours which are:
Monday: 10am - 6pm
Tuesday: 10am - 6pm
Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
Thursday: 10am - 6pm
Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 6pm
Sunday: 8am - 6pm

The first way, and probably the most effective, is texting. Our guest service agents get lots of messages coming in and if you have a specific question, asking through text will allow them a chance to finish up with another guest, find your answer, or review your reservation. Be sure to include the name on the reservation during your initial text so they can pull up the info as quickly as possible. Keep in mind we cannot receive photos or videos through texting.
Another way to get ahold of the agents is by email. You can reach the guest services team by emailing service@psdragbrunch.com They typically respond within 24 hours.
And lastly, you can call. Our guest services agents love to chat on the phone. If an agent is not available please leave a voicemail and your call will be returned the same day or first thing the next day if we are close to closing.
